Privacy Policy
This website, AgentAndriy (agentandriy.dev), is a personal project by Andriy Kostenko ("I", "me"). It is an AI assistant that answers questions about me and lets visitors book a call with me. This page explains what data the site handles and why.
What the site collects
- Your messages. The questions you type into the chat. They are used only to produce an answer. The conversation is kept in the server's memory for the current session and is cleared when the server restarts.
- A random browser ID and your IP address. The browser generates a random identifier and stores it locally; together with your IP address it is used to count questions and enforce usage limits (to prevent abuse). No account is needed and no name is attached to these counters.
- Booking details (only if you book a call): your name, e-mail address, the topic you give, and the time slot you choose.
The site has no advertising, no analytics trackers and no tracking cookies.
How booking works and Google data
Booking uses the Google Calendar API. You do not sign in with Google and the site never receives your Google account data. The site connects only to my own Google Calendar, with my authorization, to:
- read when I am busy or free (free/busy information), so only open time slots are offered;
- create a calendar event for the call that includes your name, e-mail and topic, and let Google send you the invitation (with a Google Meet link).
The information from my calendar is used only to offer free slots and is not stored or shown to visitors beyond those slots. The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Third parties
- AI providers. Your chat messages are sent to a language-model provider (via OpenRouter) to generate answers. Please do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat.
- Google. Booking details are stored in the calendar event and Google sends the invitation e-mail. Google's own privacy policy applies to that.
- Hosting. The site runs on a server I operate; standard web-server logs (such as IP address and request time) may be kept for security and troubleshooting.
I do not sell your data and I do not share it for advertising.
How long data is kept
- Chat conversations: in memory only, until the server restarts.
- Usage counters (browser ID, IP address): kept while needed to enforce the limits.
- Calendar events: kept in my calendar until I delete them.
Your choices
You can ask me to delete a booking or any data connected with you, or ask what is stored, by e-mailing me. You can also clear your browser's site data to remove the random ID stored in your browser.
